lta Beauty rolled out the orange carpet
and welcomed its top-performing
stylists, skin therapists, arch
experts, and general managers to the
company's annual Celebrate U event.

our culture and build meaningful

extras. is event took place in downtown
Chicago, July 21–23. Brand partners
offered first looks at innovation, delivered
exclusive hands-on classes and demos,
and showered attendees with gratis
products and tools.
Many special moments were craed
to surprise and delight stylists. At the
opening reception, Sarah Dahl, director
of field services education, introduced
celebrity stylist, brand founder, and guest
emcee Jonathan Van Ness, "who uses their
chair to transform not only looks but lives, as
so many of you do."

incredible artists," Van Ness said. "e art
of what we do has given me a north star and
community to come back to and celebrate."
