Design Team Specialists walk you through Golden Glow Highlights and three versatile cuts that flow from long to medium to short. F rom the main stage to your chair, Ulta Beauty supports stylists with creative, step-by-step education. In addition to advanced (paid!) in- salon classes led by a network of full-time Services District Educators, Ulta Beauty offers leading-edge Trendspiration education from its own Design Team of stylists. e 20 members who audition and earn a spot on the Design Team represent the Ulta Beauty community and share insights and tips from photo shoots, at industry events, and online through social media—all while maintaining a full book behind the chair. THE CUTS Trendspiration 2025 walks hairstylists through three cuts: • So Layers focuses on long hair, keeping length but adding face-framing features. It reduces hair weight in a very customized way, addressing density and texture. • Sunset Layers provides voluminous layering for medium to long lengths. • Flow is a shorter, more involved, gender-neutral cut.
