On a pre-lightened
canvas, take ¼-inch slices
at the fringe area. Apply
formula A to the fi rst slice,
feathering color from base
to ends. Leaving ½ inch
of hair in between, take
your next slice and apply
formula B, feathering color
from base to ends.
Take ¼-inch diagonal
back slices off the hair
line. Apply formula A to
the fi rst slice, feathering
color from base to ends.
Leaving ½ inch of hair in
between, take your next
slice and apply formula
B, feathering color from
base to ends. Repeat on
opposite side.
